Presentation of the TamTrack Platform TamTrack: Towards Continuous Learning Intelligence In contemporary educational systems, one of the most persistent paradoxes lies in the way learning—though designed as a cumulative process—remains structured by discontinuity. From one year to the next, from one level to another, learning trajectories become fragmented, knowledge fades, and weaknesses—when not fully identified and addressed—reappear, often invisibly, until they become structural. It is precisely within this gap, both pedagogical and systemic, that TamTrack is positioned. Developed by TamTech Solution, in line with the vision carried by the Tamkine Foundation, the platform cannot be reduced to a simple tutoring tool. It reflects a more fundamental ambition: to reintroduce continuity, intelligibility, and memory into learning pathways by leveraging the most advanced capabilities of artificial intelligence. At the core of TamTrack lies a structuring principle that is simple in its formulation yet deeply transformative in its implications: learning should no longer be understood as a sequence of disconnected segments, but as a continuous trajectory that is monitored, interpreted, and enriched over time. Within this perspective emerges one of the platform’s major innovations: the introduction of a persistent artificial intelligence agent, unique to each student, which they can name, personalize, and retain throughout their secondary education. Far from being limited to a one-time assistance function, this agent acts as a true dynamic pedagogical memory. It records, analyzes, and connects learning data, identifies patterns as well as disruptions, continuously refines assessments, and adjusts learning pathways according to each student’s individual progress. Thus, TamTrack does not merely support learning; it fundamentally redefines its modalities. It introduces a logic of longitudinal monitoring based on the traceability of skills, early detection of learning gaps, and the progressive enhancement of acquired knowledge. It enables a shift from a pedagogy of the moment to a pedagogy of trajectory. Continuously accessible through web and mobile environments, the platform combines near-synchronous interaction formats—such as instant communication, interactive guidance, and educational simulations—with adaptive asynchronous learning paths designed to adjust to each learner’s pace, needs, and objectives. This controlled hybrid approach balances responsiveness, depth of learning, and autonomy. Beyond its functional dimensions, however, TamTrack is part of a broader ambition that goes beyond a simple tool to align with a comprehensive educational project. It aims to reduce inequalities in access to quality support, make learning trajectories more visible and manageable, and equip all stakeholders—students, parents, teachers, and institutions—with coherent tools built around shared pedagogical intelligence. In this regard, the platform fully aligns with a vision of educational and digital sovereignty, in compliance with national regulatory frameworks, particularly Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, while promoting a transparent, explainable, and ethical use of artificial intelligence systems. Ultimately, TamTrack is neither just a technological innovation nor an additional service layered onto the existing system. It is a structuring framework at the intersection of pedagogy, data, and artificial intelligence, designed to fundamentally transform how learning is monitored, understood, and supported. 1.1. Main Features of TamTrack: Functional Architecture and Usage Logic TamTrack is built on an integrated set of features designed to structure, personalize, and continuously monitor learning pathways. These features are not independent modules, but components of a coherent system organized around a logic of progression, measurement, and coordination between the different stakeholders. Interactive explanatory lessons TamTrack offers modular educational content, structured by level and competency, combining concise texts, visual materials, animations, and guided demonstrations. These lessons are designed to facilitate the gradual assimilation of concepts by linking theoretical understanding with immediate practical application. Interactive and adaptive exercises The platform includes an evolving exercise bank whose difficulty automatically adjusts based on the student’s performance. Each interaction generates detailed feedback, enabling not only error correction but also understanding of the underlying mechanisms, within a targeted remediation approach. Regular assessments and progress exams TamTrack implements continuous assessment mechanisms (formative tests, periodic reviews, and mock exams, etc.) aimed at measuring competency-based progress. These assessments make it possible to validate acquired knowledge, identify persistent gaps, and adjust learning pathways accordingly. Dashboards and real-time monitoring Dynamic dashboards provide a detailed view of the student’s progress, accessible to the student, parents, and supervising teachers. They notably display levels of mastery, areas of difficulty, engagement time, and recommended actions, thereby facilitating informed pedagogical decision-making. Personalized artificial intelligence agent (intelligent tutor) Each student benefits from a dedicated, persistent, and customizable AI agent, which forms the core of the TamTrack system. This agent performs the initial diagnosis, designs and adjusts learning pathways, proposes targeted activities, and supports the student through near-synchronous interactions (chat, interactive guidance, instant assistance). It introduces an essential dimension: that of continuous pedagogical memory, enabling learning to be sustained over time and preventing discontinuities between educational cycles. Multi-platform access and continuity of use The platform is accessible across various devices (computer, tablet, smartphone), with an optimized and synchronized user experience. This accessibility ensures continuity of use regardless of learning contexts and allows seamless integration into students’ daily habits. Dedicated spaces for parents and supervising teachers TamTrack includes dedicated interfaces that allow parents and supervising teachers to monitor learning pathways, consult reports, and interact around pedagogical action plans. These spaces promote structured coordination among stakeholders, strengthening the coherence and effectiveness of support. Pedagogical continuity and longitudinal memory All learning data (diagnostics, pathways, performance, interactions, etc.) is stored and structured over time. This continuity makes it possible to track the student’s progress from one year to the next, anticipate difficulties, and ensure cumulative progression based on objective indicators. Intelligent recommendations and adaptive planning Based on the analyses performed, TamTrack generates personalized recommendations: targeted exercises, adapted seminars, and consolidation or enrichment sequences. These recommendations are part of a dynamic planning approach that evolves according to progress and defined objectives. Target audience: stakeholders, needs, and value proposition TamTrack is intended for a set of interdependent stakeholders whose coordination is essential to the success of learning pathways. The platform is therefore designed to respond in a differentiated manner to the needs of each profile, while ensuring a smooth flow of information and consistency in the pedagogical actions implemented. Students (middle school, common core, high school) Students are at the core of the TamTrack system. The platform provides them with a structured environment that helps strengthen their knowledge, address their gaps, and develop autonomy in learning. It is designed for a variety of profiles—students facing difficulties, those making progress, or high-achieving learners—by offering adaptive learning paths that evolve according to their performance, pace, and objectives. One of the major benefits for students lies in the continuity of monitoring: the persistent AI agent maintains a memory of learning, facilitating coherent progression from one year to the next and reducing pedagogical disruptions. Parents and legal guardians Parents play a key role in supporting students, particularly by ensuring follow-up and reinforcing the actions implemented. TamTrack provides them with simplified tools to visualize progress, along with concrete recommendations that enable them to intervene effectively. They have continuous visibility into performance, identified difficulties, and ongoing actions, fostering informed involvement in their child’s educational journey. Teachers and supervising teachers Teachers, and particularly supervising teachers, act as key actors in pedagogical supervision and validation. They have access to detailed analytical tools that allow them to interpret platform-generated data, identify priority needs, and adjust the learning pathways proposed by the AI agent. Their role is not limited to passive monitoring: they actively contribute to building coherent support, aligned with in-person teaching realities and institutional educational objectives. Schools and institutional stakeholders TamTrack can also be deployed at the level of a school or a network, within a pedagogical management framework. Institutions benefit from aggregated indicators that allow them to track the evolution of competencies by cohort, identify structural trends, and adjust their educational strategies. This dimension paves the way for a more systemic use of the platform, serving the overall improvement of academic performance. Coordination and interconnection logic Beyond the segmentation of audiences, TamTrack is built on a logic of coordination between the different stakeholders. Information circulates through differentiated and secure access levels, allowing each actor to intervene within their scope while aligning with a shared vision of the student’s learning pathway. This interconnection promotes collective decision-making based on objective data and helps strengthen the coherence of pedagogical actions over time. Usage modalities: engagement profiles, use cases, and monitoring indicators Beyond the identification of target audiences, TamTrack stands out for the diversity of usage modalities it offers, tailored to the specific needs of each profile and the real dynamics of learning. The platform does not promote a uniform use, but rather a range of engagement configurations designed to address various pedagogical situations, from targeted remediation to performance support and preparation for academic milestones. Students: usage scenarios and learning trajectories Students’ use of TamTrack follows differentiated approaches depending on their level and needs: Targeted remediation: addressing identified gaps through an initial diagnosis and structured corrective pathways Continuous consolidation: strengthening acquired knowledge through progressive exercises and regular assessments Enrichment: developing advanced skills for students who have achieved mastery Assessment preparation: targeted training for tests, mock exams, or national examinations These uses are part of an evolving trajectory, guided by the AI agent, enabling students to gradually move from a logic of correction to one of autonomous mastery. Parents: involvement modalities and levers for action Parental involvement is structured around three main dimensions: Monitoring and understanding: reviewing dashboards and identifying areas of progress or difficulty Activation of recommendations: implementing suggested actions (work organization, tracking objectives, occasional support) Coordination with the supervisor: engaging in discussions about action plans and necessary adjustments These modalities help transform the parent’s role from passive monitoring to active and informed participation in the educational journey. Supervising teachers: intervention, adjustment, and supervision Supervising teachers intervene at key moments in the learning pathway: Analysis of pedagogical data: interpretation of indicators generated by the platform Adjustment of learning pathways: validation, modification, or enrichment of trajectories proposed by the AI agent Targeted intervention: recommendation of seminars, methodological support, or corrective actions Longitudinal monitoring: observation of progress over time and adaptation of pedagogical strategies Their role is to provide an expert and contextualized perspective that complements algorithmic analysis. Institutions: uses at the collective level At the institutional level, TamTrack enables: Aggregated pedagogical management: monitoring performance by class, level, or cohort Identification of structural trends: detecting recurring difficulties or pedagogical imbalances Adjustment of internal mechanisms: adapting pedagogical priorities and implementing targeted actions This use allows TamTrack to be part of a systemic transformation approach, beyond individual monitoring. Monitoring indicators and impact measurement All uses are based on indicators that make it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions implemented, including: Competency-based progression Path completion rate Evolution of performance in assessments Reduction of recurring errors Level of engagement (frequency of use, interaction with the AI agent) These indicators serve as decision-support tools for all stakeholders and enable continuous adjustment of support strategies. Continuous engagement logic and sustainability of learning pathways TamTrack is designed to foster long-term engagement, based on: Evolving learning pathways adapted to the student’s progress Continuity of learning data from one year to the next Automated monitoring and follow-up mechanisms Continuous alignment between algorithmic analysis and human intervention This approach makes it possible to move beyond occasional use and embed support within a sustainable dynamic focused on the genuine mastery of skills. Tutoring: a personalized, continuous, and competency-based support system The TamTrack tutoring system is one of the platform’s central pillars. It aims to provide personalized pedagogical support that continuously adapts to the student’s needs, while ensuring measurable and lasting progress in scientific subjects. Unlike traditional tutoring approaches, which are often occasional and reactive, TamTrack’s tutoring model is based on a longitudinal monitoring logic, grounded in continuous performance analysis, structured learning pathways, and coordination between artificial intelligence and human intervention. This system relies on a well-balanced integration of near-synchronous interactions and asynchronous activities, ensuring responsiveness, depth of learning, and pedagogical continuity. Key features and operating modalities Interactive and adaptive learning pathways The proposed learning pathways are structured by competencies and organized into modular sequences. Their content, pace, and level of difficulty evolve according to the student’s performance, allowing for precise adaptation to individual needs. This adaptability makes it possible to offer, at each stage, relevant activities that are neither too simple nor too complex, thereby fostering continuous progress. Personalized artificial intelligence agent The AI agent constitutes the operational core of the tutoring system. It performs several essential functions: Conducting the initial diagnosis Generating learning plans Providing daily recommendations Dynamically adjusting learning pathways Offering real-time assistance (chat, interactive guidance) Beyond these functions, it introduces a key dimension: that of persistent pedagogical memory, enabling support to be sustained over time and allowing accumulated learning data to be effectively leveraged. Near-synchronous assistance and interactive guidance TamTrack allows students to benefit from immediate support through interactions that simulate live sessions. These interactions include: Step-by-step explanations Instant corrections Problem-solving simulations Interactive workboards This mode of assistance reduces dependence on the availability of a human tutor while ensuring the responsiveness that is essential to the learning process. Progress tracking and dynamic dashboards The system includes tracking tools that measure the evolution of competencies in real time. The indicators notably include: Level of mastery by competency Completion rate Recurring errors Engagement time This data is accessible to the student, parents, and supervising teachers, facilitating a shared understanding of the learning pathway. Integrated assessments and pathway adjustment Regular assessments are integrated into the system to validate acquired knowledge and recalibrate learning pathways. These assessments make it possible to: Objectively measure progress Identify persistent gaps Adjust learning strategies They play a central role in transforming learning data into pedagogical decisions. Reports and operational recommendations Based on the collected data, TamTrack generates summaries and recommendations aimed at guiding pedagogical actions. These recommendations may include: Targeted exercises Specific seminars Prioritization of concepts to revisit Short- and medium-term objectives They facilitate coordination between the student, parents, and supervising teachers. Pedagogical objectives and added value The TamTrack tutoring system pursues several structuring objectives: Targeted remediation: systematic identification and addressing of learning gaps Progressive consolidation: transforming fragile knowledge into stabilized competencies Development of autonomy: acquisition of work methods and problem-solving strategies Pedagogical continuity: consistent monitoring of learning from one year to the next All these objectives are part of a logic of cumulative skill development, based on the continuous analysis of learning trajectories. Synthetic illustration of a usage pathway For example, a student experiencing difficulties in algebra is identified through an initial diagnosis. The AI agent then generates a remediation plan including: Progressive exercises Targeted explanatory modules Guided interactions to correct errors Performance tracking allows this pathway to be continuously adjusted, while regular assessments measure progress. The results obtained are integrated into the student’s pedagogical memory, helping prevent the reappearance of gaps at subsequent levels. Positioning of the system Ultimately, TamTrack’s tutoring does not merely function as a one-time support service. It constitutes a structured pedagogical support system, based on personalization, continuity, and measurability. By combining artificial intelligence, learning data, and human intervention, it transforms academic support into a monitored, guided process oriented toward sustainable results. Educational seminars: targeted, integrated modules driven by learning data TamTrack’s educational seminars are specialized pedagogical modules designed to intervene at specific moments in the learning pathway, in response to identified needs. They are not conceived as additional content, but as part of a structured approach to targeted intervention, aimed at strengthening, correcting, or deepening specific competencies. Integrated into the platform’s overall system, these seminars are dynamically activated based on analyses conducted by the AI agent, pedagogical recommendations, and, when applicable, interventions by supervising teachers. Operating logic and personalization Intelligent recommendation and targeted activation Seminars are proposed based on continuous analysis of learning data: performance, recurring errors, pace of progression, and the student’s objectives. They can be: Automatically recommended by the AI agent Prescribed by a supervising teacher Activated in response to a persistent difficulty or a need for further enrichment This approach ensures the relevance of interventions and avoids unnecessary content overload. Integration into the pedagogical pathway Each seminar is integrated into a structured sequence within the learning pathway: Diagnosis of a need Targeted intervention (seminar) Consolidation Assessment This structure transforms the seminar into an operational pedagogical lever rather than a simple standalone resource. Hybrid formats and interaction modalities Seminars are offered in various formats, combining: Asynchronous content (explanatory modules, structured materials, guided exercises) Simulated near-synchronous interactions (interactive explanations, guided sessions, question-and-answer exchanges) This hybrid approach allows the experience to be adapted to the student’s needs while ensuring a high level of interactivity. Pedagogical content and structuring Skill-based targeting Each seminar is built around a specific pedagogical objective linked to an identifiable competency (e.g., solving a type of problem, mastering a key concept, applying a method). This level of granularity enables precise intervention, directly aligned with the student’s actual needs. Activities and associated materials Seminars incorporate various types of activities: Structured conceptual reviews Progressive exercises Case studies Simulations or practical scenarios Formative assessments All of these aim to strengthen understanding, promote assimilation, and validate acquired knowledge. Modularity and duration Seminars are designed in flexible formats: Short modules (targeted interventions on a specific difficulty) Extended sequences (progressive deepening over multiple sessions) This modularity allows adaptation to time constraints and pedagogical objectives. Monitoring, evaluation, and effectiveness measurement Performance indicators Each seminar is subject to an evaluation of its impact through indicators such as: Participation rate Completion rate Competency-based progression before/after Improvement in assessment results These data make it possible to objectively measure the effectiveness of the interventions. Integration into overall monitoring The results of the seminars are integrated into the dashboards of the student, parents, and supervising teachers. They also feed into the AI agent’s analyses, which adjusts learning pathways accordingly. Validation and recognition of acquired knowledge At the end of the seminars, validations may be awarded in the form of: Competency reports Internal certificates Elements that can be integrated into the pedagogical portfolio These mechanisms help recognize and highlight the progress achieved. Role of supervising teachers and pedagogical coordination Supervising teachers can intervene at different levels: Recommendation or validation of seminars Adaptation of content to pedagogical contexts Monitoring the impact on the student’s performance This involvement ensures coherent alignment between algorithmic analysis and human expertise. Positioning of the system TamTrack’s educational seminars are targeted pedagogical intervention tools, integrated into an overall logic of monitoring and progression. They make it possible to transform identified needs into concrete, measurable, and coordinated actions, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of the support system. Academic guidance: structured, continuous support based on learning data Within TamTrack, academic guidance is not a separate service from the learning pathway, but its natural extension. It is based on the structured use of accumulated learning data, enabling students to be supported in the progressive construction of a project aligned with their competencies, their progression dynamics, and their aspirations. Unlike traditional approaches, which are often occasional and declarative, the guidance system proposed by TamTrack is part of a continuous, evolving, and data-driven logic. Profile assessment and construction of a decision-making framework Analysis of competencies and learning dynamics The guidance system is based on data derived from the student’s learning pathway: levels of mastery by competency, progression over time, types of errors, and learning patterns. This analysis goes beyond a simple evaluation of results, enabling a more refined understanding of the student’s actual abilities. Identification of interests and preferences Additional tools make it possible to collect and analyze the student’s interests, subject preferences, and inclinations. These elements are integrated into the overall profile to build a balanced view, combining observed competencies with expressed motivations. Alignment with academic pathways Mapping of academic tracks and opportunities TamTrack integrates a structured database of academic tracks and study pathways, including information on content, requirements, and career opportunities. This mapping makes it possible to position the different options within a clear and comparable framework. Profile–pathway matching engine Based on the analyzed data, the platform proposes matches between the student’s profile and relevant academic pathways. These recommendations are based on: Actually mastered competencies Progression dynamics Identified interests They aim to reduce the gap between orientation choices and actual abilities. Simulations and guidance scenarios TamTrack makes it possible to simulate different academic pathways, highlighting the implications of each choice. These simulations provide students and their families with a forward-looking perspective, facilitating informed decision-making. Planning and support for decision-making Development of a personalized action plan Based on the recommendations, the platform provides a structured roadmap, including: Objectives to be achieved Competencies to be strengthened Recommended actions (seminars, targeted exercises, additional activities) Time-based milestones This plan makes it possible to turn academic guidance into a concrete and progressive process. Interactive support and associated resources The AI agent supports the student in understanding available options, preparing key steps, and, when necessary, simulating situations (interviews, choice of academic tracks, prioritization). Human interventions can also be mobilized to complement this support. Pedagogical portfolio and traceability All data, results, and validations are structured within an exportable portfolio, making it possible to: Highlight acquired competencies Document the learning pathway Facilitate transitions between institutions Coordination and governance of the process Involvement of parents and supervising teachers The guidance process is designed as a collective approach. Parents and supervising teachers have access to analytical insights and participate in validating decisions, ensuring alignment between recommendations and pedagogical realities. Continuous updating of recommendations Guidance recommendations evolve based on the student’s progress, newly available data, and adjustments to their objectives. This dynamic approach helps avoid fixed decisions and ensures continuous alignment between the pathway and the student’s profile. Transparency and compliance The functioning of the recommendation system is based on principles of transparency and explainability. Data processing is carried out in compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, particularly with regard to personal data protection. Impact and purpose TamTrack’s guidance system aims to: Improve alignment between academic choices and actual competencies Reduce forced reorientations Secure educational trajectories Enhance individual learning pathways It thus transforms guidance into a structured, continuous process based on objective elements, supporting informed and sustainable decision-making. Supervising Teacher: designation framework, role, and modalities of intervention Goal and positioning To ensure the pedagogical quality of the learning pathways offered within TamTrack, the platform integrates a human support system based on qualified teachers, designated as Supervising Teachers. The Supervising Teacher acts as a key figure in pedagogical supervision and validation, ensuring alignment between the analyses produced by the artificial intelligence agent, the student’s needs, and the requirements of the educational framework. TamTrack: a pedagogical infrastructure for a new educational continuity In the era of digital transformation, the challenge is no longer merely to digitize educational content, but to fundamentally rethink how learning is monitored, understood, and supported. It is within this perspective that TamTrack is positioned. Through the integration of artificial intelligence, pedagogical structuring, and stakeholder coordination, the platform offers a renewed approach to academic support—one that is not based on the accumulation of resources, but on the construction of continuous, readable, and measurable learning trajectories. By introducing a persistent pedagogical memory, structuring pathways around competencies, and integrating targeted intervention mechanisms, TamTrack helps move beyond the fragmented approaches that still largely characterize educational systems. It enables a shift from a pedagogy of the moment to a pedagogy of continuity. From occasional monitoring to a longitudinal intelligence of learning pathways. From data accumulation to a genuine capacity for pedagogical decision-making. Technology is not an end in itself, but a lever serving a broader ambition: to ensure that every student benefits from support that is adapted, coherent, and sustainable, regardless of their context or constraints. By design, TamTrack also aligns with a vision of educational and digital sovereignty, ensuring data protection, transparency of algorithmic mechanisms, and compliance with national regulatory frameworks. It thus contributes to the emergence of a model in which technological innovation does not replace pedagogical expertise, but extends it, equips it, and strengthens it. TamTrack is not merely a technical system or an operational solution. It is a structuring pedagogical infrastructure, intended to support, over time, a broader transformation of educational practices. A transformation grounded in a simple conviction: when learning becomes continuous, transparent, and shared, it also becomes more equitable, more effective, and more sustainable.
